Cancellations will be accepted up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your stay in order to receive a full refund. You are subject to a partial refund within the 2 week time period.

Bay Pines offers Pontoon rentals to guests and non-guests (call for pricing & availability).

We also have a row boat available with an attachable 10 hp motor for rent (call for pricing & availability). You are provided with a full tank of gas and must return boat(s) with a full tank. If boat is returned not at a full tank you will be charged the difference. 

We allow a well-behaved dog to accompany their owners with a pet fee of $75.00 per pet. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the cabin and must remain on leash when outside. You will also be charged for ANY pet damages including but not limited to: chewing, scratching the doors, glass, unpicked up poop etc. We appreciate your understanding and willingness to only bring your dog if you can abide by the pet rules.

Check In is at 4pm CST and Check Out is 11am CST. Please contact the owners about availability to check in early or for a late check out time. 

Each cottage is allowed to bring 1 boat + trailer. There is trailer parking in front of the Fraser cottage. The dock has tie-offs available on all sides of pier and electrical outlet is provided near the dock to charge any boat batteries. 

Bay Pines is located in Northern Wisconsin. We are approximately 2 hours from Green Bay, 4 hours from Minneapolis/Milwaukee, and 5 hours from Chicago. You will turn onto Bonkowski road from 32, about 1 mile down Bonkowski will turn into Olson Rd and Bay Pines is located another 0.5 miles down on the Left hand side.
