What's Your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations will be accepted up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your stay in order to receive a full refund.
Do You Have Boat Rentals Available?
Bay Pines offers Pontoon rentals to guests and non-guests (call for pricing & availability).
We also have a row boat available with an attachable 10 hp motor for rent (call for pricing & availability). You are provided with a full tank of gas and must return boat(s) with a full tank. If boat is returned not at a full tank you will be charged the difference.
Is Bay Pines Cottages Pet Friendly?
We allow a well-behaved dog to accompany their owners with a pet fee of $75.00 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the cabin and must remain on leash when outside. You will also be charged for ANY pet damages including but not limited to: chewing, scratching the doors, glass, unpicked up poop etc. We appreciate your understanding and willingness to only bring your dog if you can abide by the pet rules.

When Is Check in and Check Out?
Check In is at 2pm CST and Check Out is 11am CST. Please contact the owners about availability to check in early or for a late check out time.
Is There Parking Space For a Boat & Trailer?
Each cottage is allowed to bring 1 boat + trailer. There is trailer parking in front of the Fraser cottage. The dock has tie-offs available on all sides of pier and electrical outlet is provided near the dock to charge any boat batteries.
Where is Bay Pines Cottages Located?
Bay Pines is located in Northern Wisconsin. We are approximately 2 hours from Green Bay, 4 hours from Minneapolis/Milwaukee, and 5 hours from Chicago. You will turn onto Bonkowski road from 32, about 1 mile down Bonkowski will turn into Olson Rd and Bay Pines is located another 0.5 miles down on the Left hand side.
What Amenities Come With the Cottage?
We offer our guests a fully equipped kitchen, games & puzzles, communal firepit, 1 kayak, 2 paddle boards, a 2 person paddle boat and a charcoal grill.
What Else is There To Do Around Three Lakes?
If you aren't spending your day fishing, swimming or boating on one of our many lakes, Oneida County offers plenty of other attractions all within 20 minutes from your stay.
-Hike/Bike the 13 mile Three Eagle trail that stretches from Three Lakes to Eagle River

What Type of Fish Are in The Chain of Lakes?
Walleye and Muskie are the king of this area. You can also catch Northern Pike, Large & Smallmouth Bass, Crappie, Perch, Bluegill and other panfish
What Type of Payment Does Bay Pines Accept?
We take a deposit online through PayPal as well as full payment. If you'd like to pay in person we also accept check or cash.
Does Bay Pines Offer WiFi So I Can Work Remotely?
Bay Pines offers fiber optic internet with additional WiFi boosters in each cottage. The upload speeds waiver around 68 Mbps. There is also a spectacular coffee shop in town, Deja Brew, (about 4 miles from BPC) that offers great WiFi and spots to work.
Does Bay Pines Have Cable TV or Streaming Services?
Bay Pines currently offers it's guests access to Netflix, Hulu & YouTube TV.
